The internationally experienced C-Level executive is a versatile and successful expert in the C-level management as well as Chairman of Advisory Boards of large medium-sized companies and corporations. He is mandated when companies are already in problematic situations - or when companies want to prevent a weakness from turning into a major crisis. He also supports healthy companies in transformation processes through fundamental changes such as new strategies, structures, processes or systems.
The graduate mechanical engineer as well as industrial engineer has been working as an independent management consultant and sparring partner for C-levels in a wide range of industries since 2020. During this time, he has successfully completed major mandates as a management consultant. 

Examples of successful consulting projects

At a leading industrial service provider of machining technology for thermoset materials, he succeeded within a few months as a sparring partner for the board and management in sustainably streamlining the processes in the supply chain and operations and living the service and service provider approach through a paradigm shift in management and the workforce.
Prior to this, he worked as a consultant for a Private Equity portfolio company, where he was responsible as CFO for the conceptual and operational aspects of defining and implementing the corporate strategy of a leading international manufacturer and full-service provider of stainless-steel container solutions. He also reorganized the group's financial management and played a key role in the implementation and successful realization of the protective shield procedure for the German company.
As a sparring partner for the shareholders and management of a market leader in aluminum processing, he played a key role in shaping the company's realignment and was subsequently responsible for its implementation as CEO for a limited period of time until the handover to the new management.

Prior to his work as a management consultant, the executive spent 20 years as CEO of international companies, restructuring and reorganising them. With his extensive crisis management experience in the automotive, hygiene and furniture supply industries, he made a significant contribution to ensuring that companies in crisis were guided through restructuring and reorganisation concepts in an orderly manner.
As Chairman of the Advisory Board, he distinguished himself in particular through his expert advice, expertise and sparring with shareholders and management.
In change and culture management, strategic realignment is demonstrably one of his core competences. He is an expert for companies undergoing transformation processes, technologization, digitalisation or increasing complexity in the corporate environment - or introducing the next generation of family entrepreneurs.

As a hands-on realiser, it is important to him not only to overcome crises in the short term, but also to strategically realign companies.
In the hygiene, furniture and automotive industries, he has used his restructuring expertise to achieve significant increases in sales through efficiency programmes and the expansion of market position and market share, leading to a sustainable increase in earnings.
